With Every Client I Take the Following Proven Approach

  • We start exploring where you're stuck either by email or a quick call. I'll ask you a few key questions to really get to the heart of the challenge. 
  • We'll agree a way forward that is aligned with what you feel you need, even if it's a little fuzzy right now.
  • I'll ask you to do some prep work for our indepth working session together. This allows us both to prepare and really dive into finding solutions when we meet. 
  • In our working session we'll be in full collaboration mode; generating ideas, exploring routes to take, simplifying the options and testing what fits best. 
  • We'll sense check where you are from a mindset perspective so you're fully equipped to move into action mode. 
  • I'll provide you with a recording of the session in a dedicated shared space summarising next action steps and items for you to reflect on going forward. 
  • This is a very focused piece of time that moves you from confusion to clarity after which you'll know exactly the steps you need to take next.
