We start with a quick 20 minute call to chat about where you're stuck. I'll ask you a few key questions in the session to really get to the heart of the challenge.
We'll agree a way forward that is aligned with your vision for your business.
I'll ask you to do some prep work for our indepth working session together. This allows us both to prepare and really dive into finding solutions the second time we meet.
During the second meeting we'll be in full collaboration mode; generating ideas, exploring routes to take, testing what fits best.
I'll provide you with a recording of both sessions in a dedicated shared space summarising next action steps and items for you to reflect on going forward.
This is a very focused piece of time that moves you from confusion to clarity and you'll know exactly what you need to do next.
